This is dedicated to Elmer Perdue, who was involved in underwriting this volume but whose name was removed by Mr. Weltman (per Peter Hanff, Baumaniac and previous president of the Oz Club.) The play was originally staged by the Uplifters (as an Allegorical Squazosh) at the Potter Hotel in Santa Barbara, California, which not long after burnt down in a
