The Book Den has an open position for a bookseller. We are looking for a person who is friendly and engages with the public easily. Store duties often include lifting and moving heavy boxes of books and several hours on one’s feet. Other duties include shelving and organizing the collection, making themed displays and general shop upkeep. Working knowledge and comfort with computers and the internet are key, as the Book Den is a fully digital age bookshop.

This is a permanent position, 28 to 30 hours a week including weekends. As the learning curve may be a little steep, we ask for a commitment of at least a year.
